The perfect combination of salty, sweet and spicy to enhance the flavour of your favourite red meats.
Montreal SteakDrizzle olive oil over the steak (or made rub), season both sides with spice and massage with hands. Let sit seasoned in fridge for 3-24 hours for optimal flavour. Take out one hour before cooking.Cook to desired doneness and enjoy!Seasoning tip - If you have a scale - use 2% of the weight of the meat (not including bone) for seasoning. So for 1 kilo use 20 grams of spice.
