They come from the Rías Baixas, mainly from the RÃía de Arousa, Galicia, north of Spain. It is bought in the rafts that are further inland, further from the coast where there is a greater amount of nutrients and therefore, where the best specimens are found. They are cleaned one by one. They are rigorously classified by colors and sizes and are sealed with olive oil. They are packed manually and are complemented by a soft pickle 100% handmade.
