Jerk chicken or pork is traditionally cooked on pimento tree branches, the same tree that gives us allspice. This bold-tasting marinade is inspired by the classic flavours of the Caribbean. Spice lovers will simply adore it! Marinate pork or chicken in this sauce for at least 3 to 4 hours, then bake or grill.
