IRON CHEF by Chef Alex Chen

As I am salivating while "shopping" online, my mind automatically
starts to plan my weekend with the family. What we are having for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 
 
So many unique locally produced ingredients. Lamb rack and mushroom on the grill, finished with Olive oil. 
 
Uni pasta for lunch with grass fed butter, creating a perfect balance of richness. Beef bones for Pho perhaps, may be finished with Beatbox mushroom XO sauce on noodles during these cold Autumn nights.
 
Ethan can make his famous omelette with Spade thick slices of bacon, Isabelle might just have to shave more truffles on her omelette. While all of these madness are happening during my weekend, all i dream of is the perfect slice of Pate en croute by St. Lawrence
