Cooking instructions:
In a medium pot bring the water to a boil over high heat. Then, add the quinoa and reduce to medium heat. Let simmer for 15 minutes, uncovered. Remove from the stove top and transfer to a mesh sieve (strainer) to allow any excess water to drip off. Before serving lightly fluff with a fork.

Do I need to rinse the quinoa?
The quinoa possesses a natural protective coating, called the saponin, that has a bitter taste. We do our best to ensure that effective methods are used to prewash the quinoa. However, the level of this bitter taste differs from one harvest to the other, and so we highly recommend to always rinse the quinoa thoroughly before cooking it.
