Reheat Instructions:

  • For a quick defrost, place the sealed package under running cold water until thawed.
  • Cook 400g of pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions.
  • When pasta is al dente, drain quickly and transfer it back into the pot. Add the sauce and toss to incorporate with the warm pasta.
  • Gently stir pasta and sauce together for 3 minutes over low heat.
    Garnish with crushed nori, shoyu ikura, or more uni roe.
